Pace Digitek Limited has secured an EPC order worth Rs 9,297.57 million from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited for a 200 MWAC solar project. The contract includes three years of O and M and forms part of a 300 MWAC development planned by the state utility.
The project will be delivered on a turnkey basis. The scope covers design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of the ground-mounted plant. It also includes the power evacuation system up to the State Transmission Utility substation. The company has set a 450-day execution schedule from the date of the Letter of Acceptance.
This award adds to the company’s current pipeline, which it detailed in its Q2 FY26 investor presentation. The consolidated order book now exceeds Rs 9,135 crore, driven mainly by energy projects and several large BESS contracts. The company expects FY26 revenue in the range of Rs 2,600 crore to Rs 2,700 crore with a PAT margin of about 12 per cent.
Pace Digitek noted in its corporate overview that it is expanding its energy portfolio with a focus on BESS and solar EPC. It is doubling its BESS manufacturing capacity from 5 GWh to 10 GWh and has recently commissioned its first BESS project for MSEDCL. The new MSPGCL contract supports its aim to scale as an integrated infrastructure provider in India’s renewable energy sector.
