Oriana Power Limited has incorporated three wholly owned subsidiaries within two days. The newly incorporated entities are Brightera Solar Private Limited, Sunpeak Solutions Private Limited, and Prime Energy Solutions Private Limited. Brightera Solar Private Limited and Sunpeak Solutions Private Limited were incorporated on March 11, 2026, while Prime Energy Solutions Private Limited was incorporated on March 12, 2026.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued Certificates of Incorporation for all three companies.
Each subsidiary has an authorised capital of Rs 1 lakh, divided into 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each. Oriana Power Limited holds 100% of the share capital in all three companies through initial subscription.
The three entities have been established to undertake activities related to power generation, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of power projects, operation and maintenance (O&M), and electricity distribution.
Prime Energy Solutions Private Limited has a wider business scope. In addition to power sector activities, it will also focus on green hydrogen, compressed biogas (CBG), battery energy storage systems (BESS), and renewable fuel technologies such as green ammonia and e-methanol.Â
