NTPC Green to commission 150 MW solar capacity in Rajasthan

NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) has announced that 150 MW of solar capacity from a 300 MW solar project in Rajasthan will commence commercial operations from April 18, 2026.
The capacity belongs to Project Sixteen Renewable Power Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited, which is a joint venture of NGEL.
Following this commissioning, the current commercial capacity of the NGEL Group will rise from 10,126.40 MW to 10,276.40 MW.
The company disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
