NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, has partnered with Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (UPRVUNL) to create a joint venture (JV) for renewable energy parks and projects.Â
NGEL holds a 51% stake, subscribing to 51,000 equity shares at Rs 10 each, while UPRVUNL retains 49%.Â
The JV will focus on the development, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy projects, contributing to India’s green energy transition.
