The Ministry of Mines (MoM) has launched a mining dashboard, a centralised digital platform to monitor the operational status of auctioned mineral blocks and track statutory clearances nationwide.
According to the ministry, the dashboard will improve transparency, efficiency, and accountability in the mineral sector.
So far, 500 mineral blocks have been auctioned across 16 states, with 64 blocks already operational. The dashboard is expected to act as a real-time monitoring tool, helping both central and state governments identify bottlenecks and ensure timely interventions.
