Lubi Electronics has appointed Suraj Dhruv as Business Head to lead the company’s business growth, P&L management, and expansion into renewable energy. Based in Ahmedabad, he will oversee diversification into solar, solar-wind hybrid, green hydrogen (GH₂–NH₃), and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
Suraj brings over a decade of experience in energy infrastructure, strategic leadership, and business transformation. He has held senior positions at Prozeal Green Energy, Matrix Gas and Renewables, Jio-bp, and Adani Total Gas, where he led multi-gigawatt renewable portfolios and international expansion initiatives across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
A recipient of India’s Youngest Indian Achievers Award for Contribution to Nation Building, Suraj has also led initiatives in M&A, financial governance, and scalable business growth. His appointment aligns with Lubi Group’s strategic focus on building a strong presence in India’s clean energy sector through innovation and sustainable operations.
