KEC International wins Rs 1,038 crore substation order in Saudi Arabia

KEC International Ltd has secured an order worth Rs 1,038 crore for the design, supply, and installation of a 380 kV gas-insulated substation (GIS) in Saudi Arabia.
According to the company, this is its largest-ever substation contract and marks a significant expansion of its transmission and distribution business in the Middle East.
With this order, KEC’s year-to-date (YTD) order intake has crossed Rs 16,000 crore, reflecting growth of about 20%.
