KEC International Ltd. has secured new orders worth Rs 1,020 crores, with a significant share coming from the power transmission and distribution segment. Â
In a stock exchange filing dated February 3, 2026, KEC International said its Transmission and Distribution business won contracts for 220 kV and 132 kV cabling works from a steel producer in Eastern India. The company also secured supply orders for transmission towers, hardware, and poles in the Americas, strengthening its international power infrastructure portfolio.
The company’s cables and conductors business received additional supply orders in both domestic and overseas markets, supporting its power sector order book. Other orders announced during the period include a civil contract for a multispeciality hospital and a transportation project for a railway siding in Central India.
Commenting on the order wins, Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of KEC International Ltd., said the company continues to see strong traction in the power transmission market. He also noted that the company’s subsidiary, SAE Towers, has secured consecutive large tower supply orders in the United States, indicating sustained demand in the North American transmission and distribution sector. With these additions, KEC International’s year-to-date order intake stands at around Rs 20,300 crores.
