HydrogenPro and J.H.K. have formed an exclusive partnership to drive green hydrogen projects in Germany, Austria, and the Benelux region. Under this agreement, HydrogenPro will supply advanced high-pressure alkaline electrolyser technology, while J.H.K. will act as the plant integrator and EPC contractor, managing project implementation and delivery.
The partnership targets green hydrogen projects ranging from 5 to 50 MW, combining HydrogenPro’s expertise in electrolysis with J.H.K.’s experience in balance-of-plant integration and EPC services. This collaboration aims to fast-track sustainable energy adoption across Europe, aligning with the region’s green energy goals.
The European green hydrogen market continues to expand, supported by increasing investments. In September 2024, Infener partnered with Gengenbach, Germany, to establish a 20 MW green hydrogen hub, capable of producing 2,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually. Additionally, Iberdrola and bp approved the construction of a 25 MW green hydrogen plant in Spain the same month.
