GE Power India appoints Rahul Rojal as Chief Financial Officer
GE Power India Limited has appointed Rahul Rojal as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from June 19, 2026.
Rojal is a Chartered Accountant with more than 16 years of experience in financial reporting, statutory controllership, audit, listed entity governance and strategic finance leadership.
Before his appointment as CFO, Rojal served as Senior Financial Reporting Manager and Chief Risk Officer at GE Power India Limited. In this role, he worked closely with the CFO, Board committees, investors, auditors and senior leadership within the company’s listed entity framework.
His experience includes financial reporting under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations and disclosures, investor relations, enterprise risk management, strategic transactions and board-level governance.
According to the company, he has led initiatives related to financial transparency, governance frameworks, strategic transactions and financial decision-making support for senior management and the Board.
Before joining GE Power India, Rojal worked with DCM Shriram Limited for around seven years. During his tenure, he was involved in financial reporting, consolidation, finance automation initiatives and support for strategic transactions in a listed company environment.
