Envision Energy secures 502 MW wind turbine order from Evren

Envision Energy India has won a 502 MW wind turbine supply contract from Evren, a renewable energy platform backed by Brookfield Global Transition Fund.Â
Under the agreement, Envision will provide around 152 EN156/3.3 MW smart wind turbines for projects in Andhra Pradesh. This order marks Envision’s first collaboration with Evren for large-scale industrial decarbonization projects in the country.
Evren is expanding its renewable portfolio in India, targeting over 10 GW of solar, wind, and battery storage projects across states, including Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan.Â
RPV Prasad, MD of Envision Energy India, described the order as a key step in supporting Evren’s deployment of smart wind solutions while reinforcing Envision’s focus on quality and safety. Evren CEO Suman Kumar highlighted the partnership as a major step toward achieving their 10 GW renewable target and advancing decarbonization in India’s energy sector.
Earlier this month, Envision Energy India also partnered with Serentica Renewables for supplying wind turbines to a 560 MW project.
