Enviro Infra Engineers enters wind segment with Suyog Urja buy

Enviro Infra Engineers Limited said its wholly-owned subsidiary, EIE Renewables Private Limited, has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% share capital of Suyog Urja Limited, marking its entry into the wind energy segment.
Under the agreement, EIE Renewables will acquire 51% equity upfront, with the remaining 49% to be acquired in phases within 27 months. The company said the transaction is not a related party deal and that no promoter or group entities have any interest in Suyog Urja.
Suyog Urja Limited, incorporated in 2008, focuses on wind energy project execution. It reported audited turnover of Rs 171.99 crore in FY25, compared to Rs 86.71 crore in FY24, with a net worth of Rs 30.34 crore. The company has an order book of Rs 645 crore and has completed over 500 MW of projects.
Its client base includes Tata Power Saurya Limited, Vibrant Energy, and Suzlon Energy Limited. The company provides end-to-end Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services, covering land acquisition, infrastructure development, approvals, and commissioning.
Former promoter Chetraj Narbahadur Khadka will remain associated with the company for at least three years to support continuity. He has over two decades of experience in the renewable energy sector.
Enviro Infra Engineers said the acquisition will strengthen its renewable portfolio, diversify its energy mix, and expand its geographic presence. Following completion, Suyog Urja became a subsidiary of EIE Renewables and a step-down subsidiary of Enviro Infra Engineers effective April 28, 2026.
