Datta Power wins bid for 112 MW wind project

Adyant Enersol Private Limited, a subsidiary of Datta Power Infra Private Limited, has secured a 112 MW wind power project under the 600 MW Inter State Transmission System (ISTS)-Connected Wind Power Project (Tranche-II) by SJVN.Â
The company won the bid with a tariff of Rs 3.81 per kWh.
SJVN invited bids in April 2024 to select wind power developers for setting up ISTS-connected wind projects across India under Tranche-II. The total capacity under this tranche is 600 MW. The scope includes developing 200 MW of ISTS-connected wind power projects with a dedicated transmission network on a build, own, and operate (BOO) basis.
Datta Power will sign a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with SJVN. The projects must be completed within 24 months from the effective date of the PPA.
