Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with Sangam India Limited to develop a hybrid renewable energy project in Rajasthan to support the decarbonisation of textile manufacturing operations. The agreement includes 30 MWp of solar capacity and 20 MW of wind power, along with a 2 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), as per a press release filed with stock exchanges.

The renewable power will be supplied to five facilities operated by Sangam India Limited, the flagship textile company of the Sangam Group headquartered in Bhilwara. The energy will be sourced from CleanMax’s Bhikamkor hybrid farm under an intra-state group captive model.

The company stated that the project expands its presence in Rajasthan, where it has commissioned 525 MW of renewable capacity as of March 31, 2026, across sites including Bhikamkor and Bikaner.

Kuldeep Jain, Managing Director of CleanMax, said the Rajasthan expansion forms part of the company’s broader growth strategy, with a focus on industrial clusters and continuous clean power supply for commercial and industrial consumers.

S.R. Dakhera, Chief Financial Officer of Sangam India, stated that the partnership will enable access to hybrid renewable energy supported by storage, helping maintain operational stability while advancing decarbonisation goals.

As of March 31, 2026, CleanMax reported around 5.7 GW of contracted renewable energy capacity, of which about 3.1 GW has been commissioned. The company serves more than 570 customers across sectors such as data centres, technology, cement, industrial manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.
