Ceigall India FY26 revenue rises 17% to Rs 40,224 million

Ceigall India Limited has reported consolidated revenue of Rs 40,224 million for FY26, registering a 17.1% year-on-year increase. The company’s order book stood at Rs 185,543 million as of March 31, 2026, supported by fresh order inflows worth Rs 60,142 million during the fourth quarter.

For Q4 FY26, consolidated revenue increased 37.1% year-on-year to Rs 13,865 million. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at Rs 2,235 million, with an EBITDA margin of 16.1%. Consolidated profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter rose 78.3% year-on-year to Rs 1,290 million.

For the full year, consolidated PAT reached Rs 3,089 million, compared to Rs 2,866 million in FY25, reflecting a growth of 7.8%.

Ramneek Sehgal, Chairman and Managing Director, said FY26 was marked by strong growth supported by steady execution in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) business and healthy order inflows across highways and urban mobility projects. He added that diversification into renewable energy and power transmission emerged as a major development during the year.

The renewable energy segment accounted for 19.19% of the total order book, valued at Rs 35,615 million. Roads and highways continued to remain the company’s largest segment, contributing 68.57% of the order book.
