Bihar State Power Transmission Company Limited (BSPTCL) has invited bids for two transmission line packages in Bihar. The deadline for bid submission is February 12, 2025.
- Package I: Includes the construction of three 132 kV D/c transmission lines (Ramnagar-Raxaul, Chandauti-Shrghati, Dumraon-Piro), ten 132 kV AIS line bays, and two 132 kV GIS line bays for secondary source connectivity of GSS Ramnagar, Sherghati, and Piro.
- Package II Covers constructing three 132 kV D/c transmission lines and nine 132 kV line bays for secondary source connectivity of GSS Sheohar, Barsol, and Bakhari.
Each package is estimated to cost Rs 2,081.8 million and Rs 1,899 million, with an 18-month completion timeframe.
