The project will be established on 387.56 acres of land owned by Sambhar Salts Limited (SSL) at Nawa, with a total estimated cost of Rs 5.5 billion.

The power generated will be supplied to Rajasthan Urja Vikas and IT Services Limited (RUVITL) under a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
