Bondada Engineering wins order for 810 MW solar project in Rajasthan

Bondada Engineering has secured an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) order worth Rs 945 crore from NLC India Renewables Limited, acting on behalf of NLC India Limited, for solar projects at the RVUNL Solar Park in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
In a regulatory filing, Bondada Engineering said the order covers Balance of System works for 810 MW of solar power capacity, along with full EPC execution and three years of operations and maintenance. The project will be executed within 15 months from the receipt of the Letter of Award.
Under the scope of work, Bondada Engineering will undertake design, engineering, manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar power projects. The contract also includes development of the evacuation system up to the delivery point at the 33 kV side of the 33/400 kV park pooling substation.
The order has been awarded by NLC India Renewables Limited for projects being developed at the RVUNL Solar Park. Bondada said the order increases its EPC orders in hand to 3 GW and strengthens its medium-term execution pipeline.
