Bondada Engineering sets up GreenBond RE Park to expand in renewables
Bondada Engineering Limited has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, GreenBond RE Park Private Limited, to strengthen its presence in the renewable energy sector.
The new entity was registered on June 24, 2025, with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). It has an authorised and paid-up capital of Rs 100 million. Â
GreenBond RE Park will focus on generating, storing, transmitting, and distributing electricity from both conventional and non-conventional sources. These include solar, wind, hydro, biomass, thermal, gas, air, and diesel.
Through this subsidiary, Bondada Engineering aims to participate more actively in India’s growing clean energy market.
