Bondada Engineering reports strong FY26 growth on EPC execution

Bondada Engineering Limited reported higher revenue and profit for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, supported by growth across its Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and operations and maintenance (O&M) segments.
On a consolidated basis, Q4FY26 revenue from operations rose 27.9% year-on-year to Rs 9,138.5 million from Rs 7,143.1 million, and 28.3% sequentially from Rs 7,122.8 million in Q3FY26. Total income stood at Rs 9,162.0 million. Profit after tax (PAT) increased 13.3% year-on-year to Rs 628.8 million, while EBITDA was Rs 962.0 million with a margin of 10.5%.
For FY26, revenue grew 81.0% to Rs 28,428.1 million from Rs 15,709.6 million in FY25. PAT rose 86.5% to Rs 2,110.8 million from Rs 1,131.7 million. EBITDA increased 91.3% to Rs 3,266.1 million, with margin expanding to 11.5% from 10.9%.
As of March 31, 2026, consolidated net worth stood at Rs 7,325.2 million, while total assets increased to Rs 20,416.2 million from Rs 11,990.7 million a year earlier. The order book was around Rs 71,475 million, spanning solar EPC and Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) under the Build-Own-Operate (BOO) model, telecom EPC and O&M, and railway infrastructure.
During FY26, the company commissioned 492 MWp of solar capacity, taking cumulative commissioning to about 1.3 GWp, with around 7.8 GW under execution. In the BESS segment, it is executing 850 MWh under the BOO model and secured orders from Tamil Nadu Energy Corporation Limited and AP TRANSCO.
In telecom, the company installed 1,536 Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) towers, with 1,506 on-air. It also secured its first defence order from Bharat Electronics Limited in March 2026.
