Bondada Engineering Limited has commissioned 48.2 MWp of solar projects in March 2026 for Paradigm IT and Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MAHAGENCO) across multiple locations in Maharashtra, the company disclosed to BSE on April 9, 2026.
This commissioning takes Bondada’s total execution for FY2025-26 to about 500 MWp and raises its cumulative commissioned capacity to around 1.3 GWp since inception. The 500 MWp annual execution marks a scale-up in the company’s activity within the utility-scale and commercial and industrial (C&I) solar engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) segment.
The Paradigm IT projects indicate continued activity in the C&I segment, where large technology campuses are procuring captive solar capacity, particularly in Maharashtra and other western and southern states. The MAHAGENCO projects reflect ongoing execution for state utilities, including work linked to the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana (MSKVY) 2.0 programme focused on agriculture feeder solarisation.
In a related development, Suratwwala Natural Energy Resource Private Limited recently disclosed that it has secured a 15 MWAC EPC order from Bondada Engineering for a ground-mounted solar project under MSKVY 2.0 in Maharashtra, valued at about Rs 19 crore. With this award, Suratwwala’s cumulative capacity under contracts from Bondada has reached 45 MWAC, indicating subcontracting as Bondada expands its execution pipeline.
