Bhageria unit commissions 7 MW solar plant in Maharashtra

Rahuri Cleantech Private Limited (RCPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bhageria Industries Limited (BIL), has commissioned a 7 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant at Bhaktudgaon in Shevgaon taluka, Ahilyanagar district, Maharashtra. The commissioning took place on March 27, 2026, as disclosed in a regulatory filing on March 28, 2026. 

The project is part of an aggregate 32 MW capacity being developed under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana (MSKVV) 2.0. The plant is grid-connected, with 3.5 MW installed each on Bay-I and Bay-II.

Company profile

BIL, established in 1989 and listed on NSE and BSE, operates across chemicals, solar power generation and EPC, and pharmaceuticals. The company is engaged in manufacturing and export of specialty dyes and dye intermediates such as Vinyl Sulphone and H-Acid, with over 70% of its production exported to global markets.

The commissioning adds to the company’s renewable energy portfolio.
