Avaada Group, through its subsidiary Avaada Energy, has secured long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) for 14,000 MW of renewable energy projects.
The company has already commissioned 5,200 MW of renewable energy capacity across nine states and aims to achieve full operational capacity by 2027.
Earlier this month, Avaada Group commissioned a 1,500 MW solar module manufacturing facility in Dadri, Noida. The facility focuses on TOPCon n-type bifacial glass-to-glass modules. The company is also developing a 5,000 MW solar manufacturing unit in Ecotech, Greater Noida, specializing in TOPCon n-type solar cells.
The Government of Madhya Pradesh (GoMP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) worth Rs 500 billion with Avaada Power Private Limited at the Global Investors Summit-2025 on February 24, 2025. The agreement covers the development of renewable energy projects in the state.
In Odisha, the Grid Corporation of Odisha (GRIDCO) signed an agreement with Avaada Green H2 Private Limited for a 300 MW renewable energy power banking facility. This power will support the establishment of a 0.5 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) green ammonia plant at Gopalpur in Ganjam district.
