Alpex Solar Private Limited has secured a Rs 2.11 billion contract from the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) to supply 97.5 MWp of Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) solar PV modules for a 300 MW/390 MWp project in Ramagiri, Andhra Pradesh.

This contract is part of SECI’s 1,200 MW CPSU (Tranche-III) scheme, aimed at developing a grid-connected solar PV power plant with viability gap funding (VGF) support for government use. The modules will be delivered between October 2025 and January 2026.

Alpex Solar’s contract was awarded alongside TP Solar Limited’s Rs 6.32 billion deal for 292.5 MWp modules, which we covered earlier.

This marks Alpex Solar’s second major contract win this year. Earlier, the company secured a Rs 450 million order from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) to supply 2,000 solar-powered water pumps under the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump scheme.
