Advait Energy Transitions Limited, formerly Advait Infratech Limited, has secured a domestic order for an Emergency Restoration System (ERS) from a state transmission utility.

The order was awarded on February 3, 2026, by Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (MSETCL). The contract value stands at Rs 19,99,64,841.32, including taxes. It covers the procurement of an ERS comprising 10 towers. These include six suspension towers and four angle towers. The execution period is six months.

In its regulatory filing, Advait Energy stated that the order was received in the normal course of business. The company also clarified that its promoters have no interest in MSETCL and that the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction.

Last month, Advait Energy secured a turnkey contract worth Rs 32.93 crore from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCL) for upgrading transmission lines using High Temperature Low Sag (HTLS) conductor technology.  In the same month, Advait Energy had informed the stock exchanges that it emerged as the lowest bidder in two competitive tenders. These included a Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme project, awarded by Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL), for 11 kV Medium Voltage Covered Conductor works across five locations in Gujarat, and a transmission line reconductoring project, awarded by Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Limited (PTCUL). The combined indicative value of the two projects exceeded Rs 270 crore, inclusive of taxes.
