Advait Energy Transitions Limited (formerly Advait Infratech Limited) has incorporated three new subsidiary companies. The subsidiaries include Advait Battery Ecosystems Private Limited, which will focus on energy storage systems, electric vehicle (EV) batteries, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including utility-scale and distributed applications. It will also operate as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) for BESS assets.

Advait Carbon Advisory & Renewables Assets Private Limited will operate in carbon markets and sustainability services, covering carbon credit trading, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) consulting, and net-zero advisory, along with development and management of renewable assets.

Advait Unified Renewable Assets Private Limited will undertake power generation, transmission, distribution, and electricity trading, along with development of utility-scale infrastructure projects.

Advait Energy Transitions holds an 80% stake in each entity, with initial share capital subscribed in cash at face value. All three subsidiaries are registered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The company said the move supports its strategy to expand across energy storage, carbon services, and power generation within the renewable energy value chain.
