Adani Green incorporates two renewable energy subsidiaries
Adani Green Energy Limited has incorporated two new step-down subsidiaries, ARE64L Step-One Renewable Energy Limited and ARE64L Step-Two Renewable Energy Limited, on May 7, 2026.
The newly formed companies are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Adani Renewable Energy Sixty Four Limited (ARE64L), which is a subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited. The company holds a 50% stake in ARE64L, making the two new entities step-down subsidiaries of Adani Green Energy.
Both entities have been incorporated in India with an authorised capital of Rs 1,00,000 each. They will undertake power generation activities using renewable energy sources.
The subscription to the share capital of both companies has been made through cash consideration.
