Adani Green Energy incorporates two renewable power subsidiaries

Adani Green Energy Limited has informed stock exchanges that its subsidiary has created two wholly-owned companies focused on renewable power generation.
Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited, a subsidiary of Adani Green Energy, incorporated Adani Ecogen One Limited and Adani Ecogen Two Limited on September 19, 2025. The incorporation was filed with the Registrar of Companies in Gujarat at Ahmedabad.
Both entities have authorised and paid-up share capital of Rs 1,00,000, according to the company’s regulatory submission. Their stated business is to produce, develop, and distribute electricity from solar, wind, and other renewable sources. Neither company has started operations or reported any revenue.
The two subsidiaries are fully owned by Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited. The company confirmed that the incorporation does not fall under related party transactions.
