Adani Green Energy forms new subsidiary for renewable power generation

Adani Green Energy Limited has set up a new step-down subsidiary, Adani Ecogen Three Limited, to focus on renewable power generation. The company disclosed the development in a stock exchange filing on 22 September 2025.
According to the filing, the subsidiary was incorporated by Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited, a wholly-owned arm of Adani Green Energy. Adani Ecogen Three Limited was registered on the same date with an authorised and paid-up capital of Rs 1,00,000.
The newly created entity’s stated objective is to generate, develop, and distribute electricity from solar, wind, and other renewable sources.
Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited holds the full share capital of the company.
