Adani Saur Urja (KA) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), has incorporated Adani Hydro Energy Four Limited (AHE4L) for renewable energy projects.
AHE4L’s mandate includes the generation, development, distribution, transmission, and sale of electrical energy derived from wind, solar, and other renewable sources.
In the previous week, AGEL, through Adani Saur Urja (KA) Limited, established four subsidiaries:Â Adani Hydro Energy One Limited (AHE1L), Adani Hydro Energy Two Limited (AHE2L), Adani Hydro Energy Three Limited (AHE3L), and Adani Hydro Energy Five Limited (AHE5L).
