ACME wins SECI’s 11th green ammonia auction

ACME Cleantech Solutions Private Limited has won Solar Energy Corporation of India’s (SECI) eleventh green ammonia auction under the Strategic Interventions for Green Hydrogen Transition Programme (Mode-2A-Tranche-I). The company will supply 20,000 tonnes per annum (TPA) of green ammonia to Indorama India Private Limited in Haldia, West Bengal, at a tariff of Rs 64.74 per kg.
This marks ACME’s sixth win in SECI’s ongoing series of 13 green ammonia auctions, which together cover 724,000 TPA of procurement capacity.
ACME’s earlier wins include the first auction in July 2025, where it secured 75,000 TPA for supply to Paradeep Phosphates Limited in Odisha at Rs 55.75 per kg. In SECI’s seventh auction, the company won 50,000 TPA for supply to Coromandel International Limited in Visakhapatnam at Rs 51.89 per kg for 10 years.
In the eighth auction, ACME secured 100,000 TPA for Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited at Kandla, Gujarat, at Rs 54.73 per kg, also for 10 years. Its fourth win came in the ninth auction with 100,000 TPA awarded for supply to IFFCO Paradeep at Rs 49.75 per kg. The fifth win was in the tenth auction, where ACME secured 25,000 TPA for Paradeep Phosphates Limited in Zuarinagar, Goa, at Rs 62.84 per kg.
