ACME subsidiary commissions 12 MW wind project segment in Gujarat

ACME Solar Holdings Limited said that its subsidiary, ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited, has received a Certificate of Commissioning from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA), confirming the commissioning of part of its ongoing wind project in Gujarat.
The certificate, dated January 06, 2026, officially records the commissioning of a 12 MW portion of a planned 100 MW wind power project. The project spans locations in Sokhda, Garambhadi and Piparali in the Surendranagar district of Gujarat.
According to the company, this development is in continuation of earlier project disclosures made to the exchanges on December 16, 2025 and December 24, 2025.
The announcement has been submitted to BSE Limited (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) in line with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
