ACME Solar names Yogesh Kumar Sanklecha as Head Business Development

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has designated Mr. Yogesh Kumar Sanklecha, Head Business Development, as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) with effect from 15 January 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee through a circular resolution dated 14 January 2026.
Mr. Sanklecha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from North Maharashtra University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Dr. Vikhe Patil Foundation, Pune, where he was a gold medallist. He has more than 25 years of experience within the ACME Group and has served in multiple leadership roles.
At ACME Solar, Mr. Sanklecha oversees business development, project approvals, end-to-end Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) management, evacuation planning, and support for project commissioning. The company said he has played a key role in expanding ACME Solar’s renewable energy portfolio and in building long-standing relationships with stakeholders across central and state governments.
