ACME Solar incorporates four subsidiaries for renewable energy business
ACME Solar Holdings Limited has incorporated four wholly owned subsidiaries to expand its renewable energy business. The companies, ACME Greentech Twenty Private Limited, ACME Greentech Twenty Two Private Limited, ACME Greentech Twenty Three Private Limited, and ACME Greentech Twenty Four Private Limited, were incorporated on May 9, 2026, with registered offices in Gurugram, Haryana.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the newly incorporated entities have been formed to undertake activities related to the development, establishment, and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects.
ACME Solar Holdings subscribed to 100% of the initial paid-up share capital of each subsidiary. The company acquired 10,000 equity shares of each entity at a face value of Rs 10 per share through a cash consideration of Rs 1,00,000 for each subsidiary.
The move is aligned with ACME Solar Holdings’ strategy to expand its renewable energy portfolio. The company operates in the solar and renewable energy generation segment and recently completed its public listing.
