Accord Transformer & Switchgear Limited has disclosed two orders worth about Rs 8.63 crore in filings dated April 8 and April 9, 2026.
The larger order, valued at Rs 8.40 crore, is for compact substation (CSS) transformers for two projects, CM Grid Road Work and Goldfinch Amravati Sport City in Lucknow. The contract has been awarded by an undisclosed domestic private sector firm, with client details withheld under confidentiality terms. Execution is expected within 12 months.
The second order, worth Rs 23 lakh, involves the supply of distribution transformers to an unnamed hospital company based in Gurugram. The delivery timeline for this order is six weeks.
Accord manufactures transformers and switchgear from two facilities located in the RIICO Industrial Area at Khuskhera, Bhiwadi in Rajasthan.
The disclosures indicate continued demand from infrastructure and commercial real estate segments for mid-sized transformer manufacturers. CSS transformers, which combine high-voltage switchgear, a transformer, and low-voltage distribution in a compact unit, are typically deployed in urban infrastructure, township developments, and grid connectivity projects where space constraints are a factor.
