Reflex Green Power secures 80 MW SECI wind power project
Reflex Green Power Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reflex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited, has secured an 80 MW wind power project from the Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) under its tariff-based competitive bidding programme for Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS)-connected wind projects.
The project will be developed in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, and will supply power at a tariff of Rs 3.85 per kWh for a period of 25 years.
Project award
The Letter of Award (LoA) has been issued under SECI’s Request for Selection No. SECI/C&P/IPP/12/0003/26-27 dated April 21, 2026. The project, identified as WPD-ISTS-T20-RGPL-PI-80MW, is scheduled to be commissioned within 24 months from the effective date of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
Under the award terms, SECI will sign the PPA with Reflex Green Power Limited or its designated special purpose vehicle (SPV).
The company stated that the award is not a related-party transaction and that neither its promoters nor the promoter group have any interest in the awarding entity, apart from their direct and indirect shareholding in the subsidiary.
