DEE subsidiary wins Rs 64 crore wind tower order from Ganeko Solar

DEE Development Engineers Limited has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, DEE Fabricom India Private Limited, has secured an order worth approximately Rs 64 crore, inclusive of GST, for the supply of windmill towers.

The order has been awarded by Ganeko Solar Private Limited and was disclosed by the company to the stock exchanges on June 23, 2026.

The contract involves the manufacturing of 15 EN156 Envision make windmill towers, each weighing 353 MT and designed for 3.3 MW wind turbines. The order is scheduled to be completed by January 2027.

Under the contract, 25% of the order value will be paid as an advance against a reducing balance Advance Bank Guarantee (ABG). A further 55% will be payable upon material readiness, while the remaining 20% will be paid within 15 days of invoice submission. The contract also includes a warranty period of 24 months from the date of ex-works readiness.

The order strengthens DEE Fabricom India’s presence in the wind energy supply chain and adds to its manufacturing order book in the renewable energy sector.

Demand for wind turbine towers has been increasing as developers continue to expand renewable energy capacity to meet India’s clean energy targets.
