Bondada secures Rs 470 crore solar BOS orders from Adani Group
Bondada Engineering Limited has received multiple orders aggregating to Rs 469.52 crore from the Adani Group for supply of goods and onsite services related to the Balance of System (BOS) package for a 250 MW solar power project at Khavda in Kutch, Gujarat.
The orders have been awarded by Adani Green Energy Ltd and Adani Green Energy Six Limited as part of the Khavda renewable energy development, one of India’s largest renewable energy hubs.
Following the latest award, Bondada Engineering’s cumulative executed capacity for the Adani Group has reached 975 MW. The company said the orders strengthen its order book in the renewable energy infrastructure segment and reflect its execution capabilities in large-scale solar projects.
According to the company, the contracts are domestic in nature and do not fall under related party transactions. It also stated that no promoter or group company interest exists in the awarding entities.
The latest contracts follow additional solar project orders secured by the company in April 2026. In a regulatory filing dated April 29, 2026, Bondada Engineering said it had received multiple orders worth Rs 125.30 crore for supply and onsite services under the BOS package for a 75 MW solar power project at Khavda in Kutch, Gujarat. Those orders were awarded by Adani Green Energy, Adani Ports & SEZ Limited, and Ambuja Cements Limited.
