Bondada Engineering wins Rs 125 crore BOS orders for Khavda solar project
Bondada Engineering Limited has secured multiple orders worth Rs 125.30 Crores for supply and onsite services under the Balance of System (BOS) package for a 75 MW solar power project.
In a regulatory filing dated April 29, 2026, the company said the orders have been awarded by Adani Green Energy Limited, Adani Ports & SEZ Limited, and Ambuja Cements Limited. The project is located at Khavda in Kutch, Gujarat.
The scope includes the supply of BOS components and the provision of on-site services, with execution scheduled within three months from the date of order receipt. The company confirmed that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions and that the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entities.
Following this award, Bondada Engineering’s cumulative solar capacity executed for the Adani Group has reached 725 MW, indicating continued engagement in large-scale renewable projects.
The company stated that the orders add to its existing order book across renewable energy and environmental segments.
