Bajaj Electricals appoints Ashween Anand as CFO

Bajaj Electricals Limited has appointed Ashween Anand as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective May 16, 2026.

In her new role, Anand will lead the company’s finance function and oversee financial strategy, capital allocation, governance, compliance, and transformation initiatives.

Anand brings more than 16 years of experience across finance, strategy, and governance. During her career, she has worked with organisations including EY, Deloitte, Mondelēz International, Colgate-Palmolive, and Tata Starbucks, where she most recently served as CFO.

Commenting on the appointment, Shekhar Bajaj, Chairman of Bajaj Electricals Limited, said Ashween Anand brings extensive finance leadership experience and a strong focus on governance frameworks and operational discipline. He added that her appointment would support the company’s long-term value creation objectives.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Sanjay Sachdeva said Anand’s experience in business scaling and financial transformation would support the company’s strategic priorities and finance operations.
