Resonia appoints Aditya Mittal as CFO
Resonia Ltd. has appointed Aditya Mittal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Based in Mumbai, he will report to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Prashant Sinha.
Mittal brings nearly two decades of experience across strategic finance, budgeting, profit and loss management, internal audit and statutory compliance. His sector experience includes infrastructure, energy, metals, manufacturing, and oil and gas, with international exposure across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
He joins Resonia from Siemens Energy, where he most recently served as Finance Head for Grid Solutions. In that role, he worked on business expansion initiatives, including fourfold growth over two years, and led finance transformation programmes covering outsourcing, digitalisation and operational standardisation.
Prior to Siemens Energy, Mittal held finance roles at Siemens and QAI India Limited. He started his career at EY in assurance and advisory services. Mittal is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ramjas College and an MBA from Friedrich-Alexander University.
Sinha said the appointment aligns with the company’s focus on strengthening financial discipline and operational visibility during its growth phase.
