Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has announced the appointment of Ms. Aruna Gulati as the new Head of its Solar Business Division (SBD), based in Bengaluru. The appointment, effective from 25 April 2026, places her in the company’s senior management, where she will report to the Director (Industrial Systems and Products).
Ms. Gulati holds a B.Tech and M.Tech in Electrical Engineering and brings 35 years of service at BHEL, having joined the company on 21 October 1991. Her elevation signals a continued focus on the solar energy portfolio within the state-owned engineering and manufacturing enterprise.
The disclosure was made to the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.Â
