Diamond Power wins Rs 45.47 crore cable order from Adani Electricity Mumbai

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited for the supply of cables valued at Rs 45.47 crore (Rs 45,47,45,592), inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), the company disclosed to stock exchanges on Wednesday.
The contract, awarded by the Mumbai-based power distribution company, will be executed over one year from May 2026 to May 2027.
This order adds to a series of recent awards secured by the company from Adani Group entities. Earlier in April 2026, Diamond Power Infrastructure reported three LoIs from Adani Electricity Mumbai, Adani Power Limited, and Adani Green Energy Limited, with a combined value exceeding Rs 163 crore, as disclosed in filings dated April 6, 2026. These earlier contracts involved cable supply for multiple projects, including the Raipur Phase II Thermal Power Project in Chhattisgarh.
