ACME Solar Holdings Limited has commissioned the third phase of its 300 MW/1,409.34 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) project in Rajasthan, taking total commissioned capacity at the site beyond 100 MW.
The commissioning was executed through its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Sun Power Private Limited. The third phase, with a capacity of 33.333 MW and 160.51 MWh, achieved commercial operation on April 2, 2026.
The project is located at Village Badi Sid, Tehsil-Bap, in the Phalodi and Jodhpur districts of Rajasthan. With the latest addition, the company has commissioned 100.003 MW and 481.500 MWh out of the total planned capacity of 300 MW and 1,409.34 MWh.
The first and second phases were commissioned on March 6 and March 12, 2026, respectively. Each phase has added 33.333 MW, indicating a structured rollout across nine equal tranches for the full project.
