Saatvik Green Energy Limited reported strong growth in its quarterly and nine month financial performance, supported by higher volumes and improved operational efficiency.
For the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, the company recorded consolidated revenue of Rs 12,570.2 million, marking a 143% year on year increase. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization stood at Rs 1,647.6 million, up 134% year on year. For the nine month period of FY26, consolidated revenue rose 137% year on year to Rs 29,407.8 million, while EBITDA increased 135% to Rs 4,693.4 million.
During Q3 FY26, Saatvik produced 759 MW of solar modules, with capacity utilisation of around 81%. The company’s order book stood at 5.05 GW, indicating continued demand visibility.
On the manufacturing front, Saatvik commissioned a 2 GW in house Encapsulant Protective Film manufacturing facility at its Ambala plant, strengthening its vertical integration. The company said its greenfield integrated manufacturing facility in Odisha, with planned capacity of 4 GW of modules and 4.8 GW of cells, remains on track.
In a separate regulatory disclosure, Saatvik announced an additional investment through a rights issue in its wholly owned subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited. The company said the investment aligns with the stated objects of its initial public offering.
