Inox Green Energy Services Limited said on 20 January 2026 that it has entered into an agreement with KEC International Ltd. to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services for a 625 MWp solar power project in Bhadla, Rajasthan.
The contract was awarded through a Letter of Acceptance (LoA). With this order, Inox Green’s managed solar O&M portfolio has crossed 3 GW. The company said its total renewable energy O&M portfolio, including wind assets, now exceeds 13 GW.
Inox Green said the contract aligns with its strategy to scale operations across both solar and wind segments. Growth is being pursued through organic expansion and participation in large scale project opportunities.
Commenting on the development, SK Mathu Sudhana, Chief Executive Officer of Inox Green Energy Services Limited, said the company is pleased to partner with KEC International on a major solar project. He added that Inox Green expects to add further O&M capacity, supported partly by the expanding project pipeline of group company Inox Clean Energy.
Inox Green Energy Services Limited is part of the INOXGFL Group and a subsidiary of Inox Wind. The company provides renewable power O&M services across 12 states and manages assets under long term contracts for independent power producers, public sector undertakings, and retail customers.
