Emmvee reports strong Q3, 9M FY26 growth, expands module capacity

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Ltd. has announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months of the financial year 2025-26 (FY26), reporting sharp year on year growth in revenue and profitability. The company also highlighted a major expansion in its solar manufacturing capacity during the period.
The Board of Directors approved the standalone and consolidated financial results at a meeting held on January 15, 2026, for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. Â
On a consolidated basis, Emmvee reported revenue from operations of Rs 11,523 million in Q3 FY26, up 118% compared to the same quarter last year. Profit After Tax increased by 166% year on year to Rs 2,636 million. For the nine month period, revenue rose 162% to Rs 33,111 million, while Profit After Tax increased 326% to Rs 6,892 million.
During the quarter, the company commissioned a new 2.5 GW solar module manufacturing line at its Sullbelle facility on December 20, 2025. This addition has taken Emmvee’s total solar module manufacturing capacity to 10.3 GW. The company reported an order book of 9.3 GW and confirmed the receipt of a 4.5 GW order for Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact (TOPCon) photovoltaic cells, after which only TOPCon is used. As of December 31, 2025, Emmvee maintained a net cash position, with a net debt to equity ratio of -0.02x.
