Saatvik Green secures module supply order, solar pump contract, commissions EPE facility

Saatvik Green Energy Limited said its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has received and accepted an order worth Rs 486 crore from a domestic independent power producer and engineering, procurement, and construction player for the supply of solar photovoltaic modules. The commercial order is scheduled to be executed by December 2026.
Separately, Saatvik Green Energy Limited has received an order from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. for the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of off-grid direct current solar photovoltaic water pumping systems in Maharashtra. The order, awarded under the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana and PM KUSUM B scheme, involves the supply of 815 solar water pumps of 3 HP, 5 HP, and 7.5 HP capacity, with an order value of about Rs 13.50 crore, excluding goods and services tax. Installation and commissioning are to be completed within 60 days from the issue of the Notice to Proceed.
In addition, Saatvik Green Energy Limited has commissioned a 2 GW in house protective encapsulant film manufacturing facility at its Ambala campus in Haryana. The facility is co-located within the company’s existing module manufacturing complex and supports captive production of a key solar module component. The company said the facility strengthens vertical integration, supply chain reliability, and quality control across its solar module portfolio.
