Oriano Clean Energy Private Limited has signed a power purchase agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited for a 57 MW solar project awarded under the GUVNL 500 MW Solar Phase XXVII tender. The company stated that the project will be commissioned within 24 months.
Oriano noted that the execution timeline offers a clear delivery window and supports its focus on building utility scale projects on schedule. The agreement also reflects the company’s shift from a pure solar EPC contractor to a broader energy solutions provider. Its portfolio now includes turnkey EPC for renewables, Extra High Voltage infrastructure, renewable park development, asset management, and independent power production.
Oriano’s operational base exceeds 3 GWp. This includes 1.5 GWp of commissioned capacity, more than 1 GWp under construction in its EPC business, and over 0.5 GWp under its IPP and development segment. The company also manages assets totaling more than 1 GWp. It has developed capabilities in EHV EPC, delivering substations and transmission lines up to 400 kV for state and central utilities.
