VRPL to acquire full equity in Refex Engineering Products

Venwind Refex Power Limited, a wholly owned unit of Refex Industries Limited, plans to buy 100 per cent equity in Refex Engineering Products Private Limited. The move will place REPPL as a step-down subsidiary of Refex Industries.
REPPL is now fully owned by Refex Holding Private Limited. The planned deal covers 10,000 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, for a total of Rs 100,000. REPPL provides civil engineering and construction services and reported no turnover in 2024–25. Refex Industries stated that the acquisition will help bring wind energy and related activities under VRPL to improve operational efficiency.
In September, VRPL received a contract to supply wind turbine generators and tubular towers for projects in Gujarat.
